Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms for you. You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and may not transfer it or use another person's account without permission.

The Service uses generative artificial intelligence to transform an image you upload (an "Input") into a watercolor-style image (an "Output"). Processing may take time, fail, or produce an Output that omits, adds, or changes details. Review Outputs before using or sharing them. The Service is a creative tool, not a tool for identification, authentication, evidence, or professional decisions.

The Service may save your work as a studio draft so you can resume it. Drafts are a convenience and are not guaranteed storage; keep your own copy of every Input you want to preserve. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.

You must own your Input or have all rights and permissions needed to upload and process it. You are responsible for your Input, instructions, and use of an Output, including compliance with law and the rights of others.

You retain your rights in the Input. To the extent the law recognizes rights in an Output, you own it, and we assign any rights we may have. Outputs may not be unique, and you receive no rights in content created for others.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process Inputs and Outputs only as needed to provide, secure, and support the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. The license ends when no longer needed for those purposes. Our handling and retention of images is described in our Privacy Policy.

You may not use the Service to:

• break the law, violate another person's rights, or upload content without required permission or consent;
• create or share exploitative, non-consensual intimate, abusive, threatening, fraudulent, unlawfully discriminatory, or deceptive content, including presenting an Output as an authentic record;
• introduce malware, disrupt the Service, bypass limits, access systems without permission, or scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or automate access except where law permits; or
• help anyone else do any of the above.

We may reject or remove content and restrict activity that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or creates risk for users or the Service.

• Purchases. Credit-pack prices, quantities, currency, and any applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payments under its own terms. You authorize the displayed charge when you complete checkout.
• Using credits. One credit creates one watercolor. It is used when processing succeeds and restored if processing fails. Deleting a completed Output does not restore a credit.
• Limits and refunds. Credits are not money, have no cash value, and may not be transferred, resold, or used outside the Service. Purchases are final except where required by law or stated at checkout. Refunds, chargebacks, reversed payments, fraud, or abuse may result in removal of related credits or suspension while we investigate. Contact us about charges made in error.

We may change features, prices, or limits, or suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service. We do not promise that the Service or any draft or Output will always be available. Keep your own copy of each Input and download any Output you want to preserve before its retention period ends, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We use third-party providers for image generation, payments, sign-in, email delivery, and infrastructure. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

The Service—including its software, design, branding, text, and non-user content—is owned by Green Stripe Studio or its licensors and protected by law. We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service. No rights to our name, logos, software, or other materials are granted.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access or reject a request if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay, misuse the Service, or if we discontinue it.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including those concerning ownership, payments, disclaimers, and liability—will survive. Contact us for help with account deletion.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and Outputs are provided "as is" and "as available." Green Stripe Studio and its suppliers disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and quality. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that an Output will meet your expectations or preserve every detail of an Input.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Stripe Studio and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or use, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms, even if advised that such damages were possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Green Stripe Studio for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms prospectively. We will post revised Terms, update the effective date, and provide reasonable notice of material changes. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
